RED RUBY
fruit tea with delicious wild ingredients
Go wild with our Red Ruby blend. The bright red fruits give the cup a bright colour and its fruity sweet taste. The hibiscus flowers, apples and rose hips have been picked in the wild so that they had enough time to develop their full taste. By the way, it also makes an excellent base for punch or ice tea!
the correct preparation
Measure the tea leaves
For fruit tea, about 15 to 20 grams of loose leaf tea is recommended per litre of water - that's about 3-4 grams per cup. This is when the fruity aromas will unfold best!
Water temperature
Fruit teas such as our Red Ruby should always be added with water at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius.
Brewing time
You should let fruit tea brew for about 7 to 10 minutes, which is a bit longer than usual with black tea. Watch how the deep red aroma cloud spreads in the water!
