ice tea lollies and Cake Pops made with our loose leaf tea
We love tea in every form. That's why our favourite teas, refined with herbs, fruits and maple syrup, are frozen. And for cake pops, we refine our cake mix with spicy black tea. It's that simple:
How to make homemade Ice Tea Lollies:
1. Simply fill in the desired mixture (7 x 75ml)
2. Place the silicone lid and insert the stems through the slots provided.
3. Put in the freezer overnight and enjoy delicious ice cream the next day.
If you still have some leftover cake mix or are looking for an alternative to muffins and cakes, you can use our mould to create beautiful and delicious cake pops.
How to make your own Cake Pops:
- 1. Distribute the cake mix evenly over the 7 moulds.
- 2. Bake on the middle shelf of a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 25 minutes.
- 3. Remove from the mould and stick stalks into the still warm cake pops.
- 4. Allow to cool and decorate as desired with liquid chocolate, sprinkles or nuts.
helpful tips for successful ice lollies
1. When filling, leave a 1cm gap between the liquid and the upper edge of the mould.
2. Ideally place the mould on a plate or tray before putting in the freezer.
3. If you want to make an ice lolly with several layers, we recommend to freeze each layer for at least 4 hours.
4. We love the special shape of our popsicles. To make sure everything is completely frozen, we recommend freezing for at least 8 hours.
5. To easily release your ice lollies from the mould, we recommend briefly running hot water over the mould.
Note: if you ever need more wooden sticks, they are available to buy in most craft shops and well-stocked supermarkets.
