Ingredients for Servings

  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g fresh or frozen berries
  • 200 ml Paleo Coconut Crunchy muesli
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

In our Paleo muesli you will find tasty fruits and roasted nuts and seeds like cashew nuts, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. All ingredients are approved by the Stone Age food philosophy and it is the perfect breakfast to start the day. Since it is not only bees who are attracted to honey, but also those who follow a paleo lifestyle, we have sweetened our smoothie with organic honey.

    1. Mix the coconut milk and berries into a creamy puree. We've used blueberries and strawberries in our smoothie, but you can of course use seasonal fruits or your own favourite berries.

    1. Pour in the Paleo Coconut Crunchy and continue mixing. If your smoothie gets too firm you can always add in more coconut milk.

    1. Mix in the lemon juice and honey and your smoothie will be a party for the taste buds!

    1. When your smoothie is ready you can pour into a glass and garnish with more Paleo muesli and berries.
