Ingredients for Servings

  • 150 ml coconut milk (alternatively: water)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 ml Paleo Coconut Crunchy

Is there any better way to start the day than with a Paleo porridge? This low-carb alternative to a classic oatmeal is packed with good fats from nuts and coconut chips. Super easy to prepare and a winner on the breakfast table!

  1. Heat coconut milk (or water if using) on low heat in a saucepan.

    1. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork in a bowl.

  2. Mix the lemon juice, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon with the banana and stir into the saucepan.

    1. Once the porridge has the desired consistency, mix in the Paleo Coconut Crunchy (leaving some aside to add as topping at the end) and continue stirring.

    1. Stir for a few minutes longer on low heat and then take off the heat and pour into a bowl. Now it's time to enjoy the warm porridge which can be topped with the remaining Paleo muesli!
