With freeze-dried blackberries

For our porridge we use only the best, dark blackberries: they are gently freeze-dried and therefore retain their shape and delicious taste. Originally the small berry comes from North America and Eurasia. Today it is also grows in locals gardens and is harvested in August. The fruit is ripe when it is black and shiny. That's when it tastes really fruity, juicy and sweet.

...and fine chia seeds

The small seeds are sometimes underestimated because of their size, but in truth they are powerhouses! Chia is considered a true nutrient supplier. A special feature is their swelling effect. Mix ⅓ cup of chia seeds with 2 cups of water - you'll be amazed how the small seeds swell and form a jelly-like mass. You can eat this on its own, or with added spices and fruits.
