Blueberry vanilla Granola
Our blueberries have long been the absolute favourite for many of our muesli friends. They are specially grown for us on a small organic farm and then gently freeze-dried. The delicious flavour of these small blue berries tastes particularly good in our Blueberry Vanilla Granola. Delicately scented vanilla powder ground from vanilla pods and mild-sweet pecans work perfectly with the crunchy granola base. Sour blackcurrants and sweet apple pieces give the muesli its final flavour.

Granola or Muesli?
Granola is in fact... baked muesli! However, unlike our crispy-sweet muesli made from oats, barley, wheat flakes, puffed rice and cane sugar, the granola base contains only oatmeal. This is baked crisp in organic honey, giving a pleasant, subtle sweetness. Granola therefore tastes particularly delicious with tart or sour ingredients, such as cherries or raspberries.
We love to pair our granola with greek yoghurt or fresh whole milk. Or how about with a fresh fruit salad to turn our granola into a full-bodied dessert!
