VEGAN APPLE-CRUMBLE with fruit tea

simple desert for the whole family

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    • Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix the cubes with brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.

    • Prepare the Red Ruby tea.

    • For topping, mix oatmeal, flour, sugar and salt. Add margarine pieces and knead until crumbled.

    • Place the apple cubes in a lightly greased casserole dish or ovenproof pan and pour over the Red Ruby.

    • Place the crumble mixture on top and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at medium rack height.

    • Now just sprinkle with icing sugar and you're good to go!
