Red ruby marmalade
fruity marmalade with bright red fruit tea

First puree the fruits and sift out the seeds as desired.

Mix with the preserving sugar and the lemon juice.

Pour the tea into a tea bag add the tea to the fruit mixture.

Bring the mixture to the boil and let it boil for at least 3 minutes.

Remove the tea bag, pour the mixture into about 10 glasses and allow to cool.
