Raspberry yogurt ice 

REFRESHING HOMEMADE ICE CREAM WITH OUR RED RUBY


Ingredients for Servings

  • 300 ml Red Ruby
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 200 ml vegan yogurt (almond, soy, or coconut)

Both creamy and refreshing, raspberries, yogurt and iced tea make for a winning ice cream combination! Using our delicious Red Ruby tea and with no added sugar...enjoy!

  1. Fill half of the ice mould with cooled Red Ruby and add 2-3 raspberries.

  2. Put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

  3. Add a layer of vegan yoghurt to the frozen tea and place the mould in the freezer again for 3-4 hours.

  4. Take it out and enjoy the homemade raspberry yoghurt ice cream!
