  • 300 ml Peachy June
  • 200 g peaches
  • 200 ml coconut milk

With a fruit tea as refreshing as Peachy June we can't help but try out fruity summer recipes. The sweet peaches and exotic coconut ice cream are complimented perfectly by the notes of apple, hibiscus and lemon grass. The perfect treat for warm summer afternoons...

  1. Fill half of the ice mould with the cooled Peachy June tea and add 2-3 slices of peach.

  2. Place the silicone lid on the mould and insert the ice sticks through the slots provided. Place the ice cream mould in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

  3. Remove the ice mould from the freezer and apply a layer of coconut milk to the already frozen tea ice.

  4. Let the top layer freeze again for 3-4 hours and you there you have it, your homemade peach coconut ice cream!
