ROOIBOS ORANGE MARMaLADE
Fruity Marmalade with roi Lemon rooibos tea

Pour the loose Roi Lemon leaf tea into a tea egg, infuse with hot water and leave to brew.

Press the oranges and scrape out the flesh so that you have about 350 g of flesh and 700 ml of juice.

Place the finished tea with the pulp, orange juice and jam sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil at high heat. Simmer for at least 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the hot mixture into glasses and allow to cool.
