Servings lemon buttermilk ice
REFRESHING HOMEMADE ICE CREAM WITH OUR ROI LEMON

Whisk the cooled Roi Lemon tea with lemon juice and pour into the Popsicle mould.

Add 1-2 mint leaves to each mould and chill for at least 3-4 hours.

Remove the mould from the freezer and add a layer of buttermilk to each portion.

Place the mould in the refrigerator for another 3-4 hours until everything has set.

Sit in the sun and enjoy!
