Iced tea recipes

Making ice tea is super easy, especially if you follow the cold brew method. It tastes fantastic and is sure to refresh you in the hot summer months! Your selection of tea is crucial. We recommend loose organic leaf tea for the purest enjoyment but how you serve your tea is up to you! If you're looking for some inspiration here is a selection of our summer ice tea favourites.




SENCHA ON ICE

The sweet taste of our Sencha Mango reminds us of balmy summer evenings. For ultimate refreshment try it iced with fresh mango and orange.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 6 tsp Sun of Heaven green tea

    1 L of water

    1 orange

    1 mango

    ice cubes

Pour the tea leaves in cold water and chill for at least one hour. Then remove the leaves, cut the mango and peel thin orange zest. Put the fruits and ice cubes in a glass and fill with the cold tea.



PEACHY RUBY

No fruit tea is wilder or sweeter than our Red Ruby. Handpicked bright red fruits and wild hibiscus flowers, apples and rose hips combine for a refreshing and sweet brew. We love it with juicy peach pieces and ice cubes.

  • 6 teaspoons red ruby ​​fruit tea

    1 L of water

    1 peach

    ice cubes

Pour the tea mixture with water and place in the refrigerator for one hour. Then put the peach wedges in a glass and add ice cubes and the tea. Add lemon as needed.





HERBAL LEMONADE

Lemonade and herbal tea is not an iced tea but is just as delicious! The mineral water makes the lemonade refreshingly sparkling and the fresh mint and lemon really take you back to happy summer days.

ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 ml of water (natural)

    500 ml mineral water (sparkling)

    5 teaspoons of Garden Blossom herbal tea

    1 lime

    1 handful of mint leaves

    Brown cane sugar at will

    ice cubes

Add the herbal tea mixture to hot water and refrigerate for one hour. Then fill with mineral water and add lemon wedges and mint leaves. Add ice cubes and sweeten with brown cane sugar as you like.


CLASSIC ice tea

The original favourite tea was, is and remains: black tea. We took advantage of the tea king's unique taste and, together with fresh lemon and some brown sugar, conjured up a cool refreshment for hot days.

  • 1 L of water

    8 teaspoons of Miss Gray black tea

    1 lemon

    ice cubes

    Brown cane sugar

Add about 8 teaspoons of black tea to one liter of water (90 ° C), infuse for 5 minutes and add the slices of lemon. Then refrigerate for 2 hours. To cool the tea as quickly as possible, add ice cubes to the carafe. If you like it sweeter, add some cane sugar.
