Ingredients for Servings

  • 600 g gingerbread
  • 3 table spoons of cream cheese
  • 3 table spoons icing sugar
  • 3 tea spoons cocoa powder
  • 100 g couverture chocolate
  • 3 tea spoons Roi Lemon

Smell gingerbread and you instantly think of the festive season. This year when undertaking our annual Christmas bake we thought to ourselves, why not gingerbread on a stick? With our Popsicle Maker you can make our interpretation of the classic in no time at all! Their subtle tangy flavour? Our Roi Lemon tea of course! It adds a tasty twist to your gingerbread cake pops...go on, why don't you see for yourself!

  1. Crumble the gingerbread and add the cream cheese, cocoa powder and icing sugar. Combine into a mass.

  2. Fill the Popsicle Maker with the mixture, put on the lid and put the wooden sticks through the slots.

  3. Put it in the fridge for about 45 minutes.

  4. Melt the couverture in a bowl and carefully dip the cake pops into the melted mixture.

  5. Now be as creative as you like with toppings! For extra lemony taste choose our Roi Lemon and add the leaf tea to the still liquid Cake Pop glaze. 

  6. Wait until the glaze has hardened and enjoy!
