  1. Crumble the gingerbread and add the cream cheese, cocoa powder and icing sugar. Combine into a mass.

  2. Fill the Popsicle Maker with the mixture, put on the lid and put the wooden sticks through the slots.

  3. Put it in the fridge for about 45 minutes.

  4. Melt the couverture in a bowl and carefully dip the cake pops into the melted mixture.

  5. Now be as creative as you like with toppings! For extra lemony taste choose our Roi Lemon and add the leaf tea to the still liquid Cake Pop glaze. 

  6. Wait until the glaze has hardened and enjoy!
