Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and put them in a saucepan. Cover generously with water and cook for about 30 minutes.

Add Miss Grey leaf tea, then remove the saucepan from the heat and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes.

Next pour the contents of the saucepan through a sieve into another saucepan. Carefully press the apple pieces with the back of the spoon against the sieve to squeeze out the juice.

Let the apple mixture rest for about 1 hour to catch the remaining juice. Then measure the apple juice and add 800 grams of preserving sugar and lemon juice per litre.

Let the mixture boil down for about 15 minutes before pouring into preserving jars.
