FESTIVE BLACK TEA COOKIES WITH MISS GREY

    • Mix all ingredients and knead into a shortcrust pastry.

    • Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This will make it easier to roll out later.

    • Roll out the dough as thick as you want (we recommend about 0.5cm) and cut out about 20 biscuits with into your desired shapes.

    • Carefully place the raw biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

    • Now just let the biscuits cool down and you have it, the perfect tea-time treat.
