  1. Knead all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry.

  2. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  3. Now roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

  4. Using a cookie cutter, cut out about 20 biscuits and carefully place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  5. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
