chocolate truffle with Miss grey

the perfect match: Chocolate and black tea

    • Combine butter with egg yolk and sifted icing sugar.

    • Brew the tea and let it steep.

    • Pour the tea through a sieve into the butter-egg mixture and stir.

    • Add the orange peel.

    • Melt the bar of chocolate and stir into the mixture.

    • Then line a mould or baking tray (about 20x25cm) with aluminium foil and spread the mixture about 1cm thick.

    • Place the mould in the fridge and allow to cool. Later cut into about 40 squares and roll in cocoa. And you're ready!
