Ingredients for Servings

  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 20 g Miss Grey
  • 125 ml boiling Wasser
  • 1 half orange peel
  • 300 g chocolate
  • 50 g cocoa

If, like us, you're a bit of a chocoholic, you'll love this treat! Our Miss Grey black tea fits perfectly with sweet chocolate and tangy orange peel. Don't save them for tea time alone, they also work great as a desert or with a large glass of wine... go on, treat yourself!

    • Combine butter with egg yolk and sifted icing sugar.

    • Brew the tea and let it steep.

    • Pour the tea through a sieve into the butter-egg mixture and stir.

    • Add the orange peel.

    • Melt the bar of chocolate and stir into the mixture.

    • Then line a mould or baking tray (about 20x25cm) with aluminium foil and spread the mixture about 1cm thick.

    • Place the mould in the fridge and allow to cool. Later cut into about 40 squares and roll in cocoa. And you're ready!
