ruby's apple Marmalade

recipe for Apple Marmalade with Red Ruby

  1. Pour hot water over the tea and leave to brew for about 8 minutes.

  2. Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.

  3. Pour the tea through a sieve into a cooking pot. Add apple cubes, jam sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Pour the jam into 5 hot rinsed glasses, close and let cool.
