coconut millet porridge


Ingredients for Servings

  • 300 ml Coconut Nilk
  • 70 g Millet
  • 1 TL Coconut blossom sugar
  • 1/4 TL cinnamon
  • 2 EL fresh berries


  1. Bring the Coconut Nilk to the boil in a saucepan and stir regularly.

  2. In the meantime, rinse the millet with hot water in a sieve.

  3. As soon as the coconut Nilk boils, add the millet together with the coconut blossom sugar and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.

  4. Switch off the heat and let the millet soak for 10 minutes with a lid covering it.

  5. Mix the porridge again and serve in a bowl together with cinnamon and fresh berries.
