coconut-mango bars

Mix Coconut Nilk with maple syrup, coconut oil and turmeric powder and heat for 5 minutes at a low heat. Stir occasionally and then remove from the heat.

In the meantime, peel, dice and puree the mango.

Mix the mango puree and coconut flakes with the coconut turmeric Nilk, spread on a flat baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.

Melt the chocolate. Remove the coconut-mango mixture from the freezer and cut into bars. Depending on the size and width of your bars, you will receive 20 to 25 portions.

Cover the coconut-mango bars with the chocolate, decorate with your desired topping such as nuts, coconut shavings or dried berries and put in the freezer again for 30 minutes.

Take the bars out of the freezer and enjoy!
