Personal data is only collected on this website to the extent that it is technically necessary. In no case will the collected data be sold or passed on to third parties for other reasons.
mymuesli automatically collects and saves information that it receives from the browser in its server log files. These are:
mymuesli cannot link these data to individual people. The data will not be linked to other data sources.
For each order we give the muesli mix a so-called mix ID. This mix ID is not linked to any user and is used to register the composition of a specific mymuesli muesli.
On the order form we take all the infomation required for the shipping of the order from the purchaser (the name, street, city, postcode and country). The data is saved electronically and used for shipping in the format that it is provided by the purchaser. It is not, as noted above, passed on to third parties; however our shipping service providers do know the address data in order to complete the delivery.
We also save our delivery lists to check later when and whether a specific package left our factory. That helps our support crew!
When you pay for your order you may enter personal data for our partner Adyen BV, Simon Carmiggelstraat 6-50, 1011 DJ Amsterdam, Netherlands (not however when you pay with PayPal or by bank transfer).
Ayden will receive your email address for the payment. However, it will not pass on your data and a secure storage (over several years, to comply with legal requirements) will occur.
The email address is a prerequisite for sending you a confirmation email of receipt of payment, for example. Regarding the payment process we are more than happy to answer any further questions!
Your contractual relations and the data privacy guidelines as regard Ayden and PayPal are determined by the respective provider. This means, for example, that Paypal, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 5. Etage, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxemburg, may save your data and can give you separate information about this topic. But of-course we're more than happy to help if we can!
