WHAT ARE CACAO NIBS?
Cacao nibs come from the raw cacao bean by pealing it and breaking it into small nibs. Cacao beans are the seeds of the cacao tree after they have been separated from the fruit and contain significant amounts of valuable nutrients. Our cacao nibs come from Ecuador and have a pleasant bittersweet taste.
