Masha and superfruits

When I was a child, I would only eat sweets for breakfast, e.g. croissants or cinnamon buns with chocolate spread. My parents were desperate to have me eating a more healthy breakfast but were at a loss for how to convince me for some years.

However, as I got older, I struggled with my daily breakfast routine because I didn´t want to eat as much sugar. So I stopped buying croissants and heavily processed cereals, and started looking for more healthy alternatives instead. And that’s when I found mymuesli: really delicious breakfast cereals with carefully selected organic ingredients and a fraction of the sugar content of conventional cereals.

Whilst every mymuesli mix is special and delicious, I have one absolute favourite muesli: The new SUPERFRUIT muesli. It tastes extremely fruity and it is packed with delicious berries, fruits and nuts, complete with their alleged health benefits.

Pomegranate, for example, is said to be filled with more antioxidants than many other superfruits and it tastes wonderfully sweet and sour at the same time.

Blackcurrent, rasberries, strawberries and cranberries also have a range of well-documented health and beauty benefits.

Healthy eating has taken us by storm. Because the old adage We are what we eat is undeniably true. With that in mind, I finally found my favourite supremely tastey muesli-mix. What’s yours?
