DIY – pumkin muesli bars

Vegetables and muesli? Sounds strange, but tastes better than you can image.

While autumn leaves cover the pathways and the weather gets more stormy, we rediscovered the pleasure and gusto of  a pumpkin. This orange coloured vegetable is so multifarious: used for cooking, used for baking, used for crafting and much more.

We tried our old muesli bar recipe in an autumn-like way.

Ingredients:

200g oats

60g flour

60g apple sauce

50g agave nectar

50g honey

50 pecan nuts

 

You just have to mix flour with muesli and add apple sauce, agave nectar and honey. Give the mixture on a baking tray and push it in the oven (170°C) for about 20 minutes. Cut it in pieces und enjoy!
