…there is some good news to announce: our base mix “Crunchy & Oat” is back again – waiting to be ordered by you. (The same applies to our extra-ingredient “oat crunchy” of course…)

Moreover, I just thought of informing you about some questions on mixing issues arriving from time to time in our mailboxes… Customers often find some ingredients of their muesli being floated up to the top and flakes often being situated on the bottom of the can. “Is that a usual / common request?”

Well, to give a short answer to that question: yes, it’s quite normal that bigger ingredients move upwards and all the small pieces are pushed down during transport; and to be honest – each manufacturer of things like cereals has to face that challenge of packing the product adequately so that it survives the transport unscathed.

So, to cut the whole story a bit short: just try to mix your mymuesli again when you receive it, shake it and turn it around. That will definitely help!

For us, it is also interesting to compare payment habits of German and Anglo-Saxon customers that really seem to be totally different: while Germans still find simple money transfer via banks to be very popular, more and more executed online, our customers from the UK seem to rely far more on methods like credit card and Paypal payment. So what do YOU think? Why is money transfer not really popular in the UK?
