A few words about packaging & delivery
1.197 km. That’s the distance between Passau, home of mymuesli, and London. Actually that’s not that far. Because 821 km – that’s the distance between Passau and Hamburg, only a few hundred kilometers closer, and Hamburg’s in Germany.
But still: A box sent to you via mail will of course travel for a few days. That also applies to our muesli. And having Murphy’s Law in mind we’ll have to work really hard to get everything rigth from the first day on. Your muesli is delivered straight to you front door via Parcelnet. Their infrastructure is really good and they’re reliable and fast. So we hope that, as said in my previous post, everything’s gonna be alright.
I’d assume that the question that bothers you the most is: “So how long will I have to wait for my personal muesli-mix?” Well, it depends. If you’re living in London it will be only a few days. If you’re not than it can take up to a week after we received your payment. That is partially due to the fact that we did not want to airmail our packages (we also do not accept airfreight from our suppliers by the way).
We do everything to provide you with the best service possible. And if anything goes wrong, after all we’ll be kind of beta for a few days, please tell us. Your feedback is much appreciated!
Oh, one more thing: We’ll send out the first packages to the UK on Monday, August 4 !!! Afterwards we will send out your mueslis at least four times a week.

First order of muesli received safely in the UK here today – have yet to try it but it smells super yummy, so I am a happy customer so far…
hi there!
It is such a great idea!!
When are you going to deliver to France, I am tired off those boring mixes they make here and I’d love to have organic personal mixed muesli everyday for breakfast (and my 3 roomates too !)
Would make great presents too
Keep up the good work, we wish you all the best!!

hi there! can you tell me where do you produce those beautiful packages (the rolls)? thank u, sher.
I have failed to find any decent muesli in Langudoc. There’s sugar-laded crunchy stuff in Lidl and old-fashioned powdery Country-store-style muesli in Carrefour and HypeU. No real, fruity, nutty, delicious muesli anywhere. Do I have to drive my van back to Edinburgh’s Whole Foods and bring back another sack?
